I am writing to introduce you and your international students to University College Plymouth St Mark and St John (UCP Marjon). You may already be aware of our institution but I wanted to make sure that your students know about the range of opportunities and support systems we have for international students choosing to study at our University College.
Since its establishment in 1840, University College Plymouth St Mark and St John has had a long and distinguished tradition of receiving students from different cultures and countries. We currently have students from over 30 countries attending degree programmes and short courses on the campus in Plymouth and studying for our awards at partner institutions in other countries.
Our course portfolio includes degree programmes in specialist areas such as, Education and Teacher Training, English Language, Sports and Leisure, Health Science, Media and Creative Arts, Speech and Language Therapy, International Events Management and Leadership and Management.
International students find the University College a special place to study because of the warm and friendly, safe and supportive atmosphere. The Plymouth campus is modern and compact, and contains quality teaching and learning facilities, fully supported by information and communication technology. It has extensive student accommodation on site and a wide range of personal and support services as well as outstanding leisure and sports facilities.
